- Activities authorized by ESEA, IDEA, Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 and McKinney-Vento
- Coordination of response efforts with other agencies
- Meet the Virus response needs of individual schools
- Address Virus response needs of sub-groups
- Develop systems to improve preparedness and response
- Training and professional development RE: sanitizing and minimizing the spread of infectious diseases
- Purchase supplies to sanitize and clean school facilities
- Purchase personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Purchase educational technology to mitigate learning loss during closure
- Provide mental health services and supports related to pandemic
- Other activities to maintain operation of, and continuity of educational services
